PAN application where the text, photo and signature appear to be filled electronically i.e. printed text and scanned photo and signature should not be accepted. 

UTIITSL is going ahead with MAC Address implementation from 15th July 2019 onwards. Accordingly VLEs may access to the Application through the specific Machines only for transactions. To continue with the smooth functioning of the services arrange to download the package at your systems and follow the installation manual

Kindly note that, Income Tax Official may visit your PAN Center for Inspection/Verification of process of Acceptance/forwarding of PAN Application. Your co-operation is solicited in this regard.

Use Separate E-Mail ID of each Applicant for E-PAN Card

  Dear PSAs

  As per policy guidelines of Incoime Tax auth & UTIITSL ,  e- PAN card to be sent only Applicants's e mail ID,
  not any 3rd party's E-mail ID. 


  But , it has been observed by the Income Tax Auth as well as UTIITSL and also respective service providers of e mail ( Gmail , Yahoo mail , Rediff mail )
  that same E-mail IDs are used for sending  bulk E- PAN card for different people  , same  e mail IDs are capturing repeatedly  in the online PAN processing
  module by the individual PSAs/Corp PSAs/Sub PSAs /VLEs , which is  serious crime and violation of Govt.  guidelines .


  If you see that any applicant does not have his / her own e- mail ID , in such case , create a new e-mail ID in the name of said applicant and write the said
  new e- mail IDs in the PAN 49A & CSF Application and capture the same in system. Do not repeat the same e-mail ID in different PAN applications  . 


  You may not get e-PAN card if you use  same e-mail in various PAN applicants , then it may be blocked as per govt rules & guidelines

  Already sending of e-PAN card of many such cases have been blocked where same mail id found used in many cases.

  It has been noticed that many PSAs / Sub PSAs/ VLEs  are using / capturing their own e-mail IDs repeatedly for many PAN Applications , which is violation of     Govt rules & guidelines  

  
 Partner are requested to convey this information to your sub PSA/ VLE/ Retailers urgently to stop this practice.

Written the Coupon No. on the 49A Form Application

  You are requested to all, the PAN Application written the Coupon No. on the 49A Form Application.  Otherwise the application are not to be processed and not to be generate PAN No.

  In future Every Application must be uploaded Only after written the Coupon No. on the 49A Form Application.

As per UIDAI guidelines, the modification has been carried out for Masking of Aadhaar number on the Acknowledgement Receipt and on all other displays through the system. Only last four digits of Aadhaar number will be displayed.
For example: Aadhaar No. 1234-5678-0001 will be displayed as xxxx-xxxx-0001

Fingerprint Biometric facility is enabled using: Mantra Device (MFS100), Morpho Device (MSO1300E2/ MSO1300E3), TATVIK Devise (TMF20)

To run the device successfully for Aadhaar Biometric Authentication using fingerprint, please follow the respective instructions against each device as under:
For Mantra device
      1.To enable the device for RD Services, please take up with Mantra vendor for support.

1) Fill up the application form with information provided by applicant
2) Upload Documents
3) Create Batch on regular intervals having at least one Application.
4) Send courier, having all the required Hard Copies and the
    Batch Detail Sheet (of all the Batches created), at the end of every month to the address given below.
